About me
Marija Jovanović
Architect & Founder of aMaro Architecture
Born on June 3, 1991, in Belgrade, Serbia, Marija Jovanovic moved to Milan at the age of 19 to pursue her studies in architecture. She graduated from the prestigious Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Science of Architecture, and spent the following 12 years living and working in Italy.
Her professional journey began in a Milan-based architecture studio, Decor Contact, where she honed her skills as an architect. Over time, she discovered her passion for retail architecture, drawn by its diversity and fast-paced nature. This led her to work with renowned international brands such as Camicissima and Boggi Milano, where she played a key role in the design and execution of over 20 retail stores across Europe.
